Can't have a discussion about ghosts without something like this, can we? ^.~ Cast your vote, then feel free to give us a little more information (stories are always good).
Personally, I have had several experiences that I chalk up to ghosts. Very creepy, but still cool to talk about!

I live with a ghost in my apartment. I would like to know more about who the ghost is what exactly they are haunting but I love having a ghost in my house. The way I know is, stuff goes missing or electronics that are either unplugged or have no batteries will turn on. Plus, when I have all the lights out, there is always a little light somewhere in the room with me. I love it!

That's awesome! Sounds like you have quite the character there. I have things go missing, too, only to reappear in places I've already looked (usually multiple times!). I suspect it's my great-grandfather, as it fits his personality perfectly. It's kinda fun.

Yeah, that's not the only time though. I use to talk with my dead grandmother when I was five.

Sad to say I've never had any experiences. I'm really interested in this stuff, and I'd love to just see it, even for a moment, something happen. I've noticed small things, but I'm not sure if it has any spiritual presence, it could be completely natural. When in my room, my bedroom light hanging from the ceiling is always moving ever so slightly, even when it isn't windy.. thats all I've ever noticed And that's probably nothing.

Have you ever tried to find the history of your house? I would, you'd find out if a ghost lives(d) in your house or not.

Not as far as I know... =\
A small family lived there, they had adopted children, but they moved out, and their whole family was in one piece and alive when they did, so I guess there is no reason for a spirit to be in my house. Still, it would be a great experience.

Well if not the house history, it could be furniture or a painting or something that your family bought that is old or even new. That's how I got my ghost, we bought an old painting of a moose.

That's true, objects can carry the paranormal too, but all I've seen so far is a moving light.. maybe it's nothing? It could be simply a breeze or something.. but if it is something, it means it exists in my bedroom

Well, it could move around in your house and you may not know it. My painting of the moose is in a box in my closet and yet the ghost moves around the whole house.
Do you get the chills or does the hair on the back of your neck prick up when you walk into your bedroom? If so, that is another sign of the paranormal. I love walking into my bedroom to find it cold. I smile and say hello or goodnight to my little ghostie!

No, afraid not. I don't get any chills or anything like that, so I guess there's no spirits in my house then. So whats it like with a spirit in your house? Have you ever tried contacting them through ouija board?

No. My mom won't let me get a Ouija board. I'd like to though because I wanna now if it's male or female, their age and how they died and came to haunt my moose painting. Sometimes it scares me though because I'll be in the living room in the middle of the night on the computer and shut it down to go to bed. The room will be pitch black and I'll turn around and suddenly there is a little orb of light in the middle of the living room. I love talking with it, though I cant hear or really see it. I know it's friendly and it can live with me all it likes.

That's very interesting, Dream Well I can understand how your mother feels. Some people feel Ouija Boards are dangerous and can summon evil spirits, but I don't know which to believe really

Me neither. I'd like to try it but I do believe I'd be one to open a door for something evil to get into our world.

Based on personal experience and research, I would strongly advise against the use of Ouija boards. They tend to draw through the not-so-friendly ghosts/entities, though some people do have good luck with them. Using a Ouija board is kind of like opening a door and inviting whatever happens to be there into your house, and you may or may not actually contact the ghost you're used to seeing around. From the glossary on TAPS' webpage (most convenient place I could think of to illustrate what I'm talking about). Just my two-cents worth, though. ^.~
